RTA Dubai App Reviews

It would be great to be able to pay the fines through the app.

Old version used to accept non Dubai car plate numbers using nick name but this new update is not allowing to use nick name. Not very friendly app.

Great improvement and liked the new features added.

I cannot check traffic fines, it gives me error. And also not able to update the licence number in my profile as the field is not sufficient to hold 7 characters. Please fix it!!!

This app is absolutely useless as it doesnt help you to move around Dubai. It just contains general info about authorities. No time sheets, schedules, route planers whatsoever.

It is out dated showing old fines that have been paid before and if anyone pays them they wont be able to retrieve the amount

I love how you can check your RTA card balance and look at what time the bus is coming and when the next metro is!

The update is amazing, very organized and easy to use, small recommendation for the coming update "you need to allow a specific service to be favorite, for example Mparking for a quick access and not the full driver services

Obviously the moron that programmed the app forgot to tweak it for the iPhone six plus. Youd think that would be one of their top of the list on their update.

Not sure its very useful in itself. Ive tried to use two services so far and it just directs me to download more apps to perform those specific services. I was expecting an app that would perform those functions, not just a directory for other apps. But I guess thats helpful. I wont use this app anymore--just the real, functional apps it directed me to.

Finally an all-in-one application! Easy and fast use to all RTA applications. Thumbs up to the team behind the application

Im glad the RTAis finally consolidating their services into one good looking app, but many features are not working yet and there are bugs in the ones that do. For example, when I try to pay a fine the checkbox to "accept Terms and Conditions" doesnt work preventing me from selecting a payment option. This seems like a pretty basic feature that should have been tested more fully. I feel this new version was rushed out for GITEX.
